The sustainability and innovation The Noria's Condominium is based on 3 vectors, namely:
WATER SUPPLY, HARVESTING AND RECIRCULATION
The houses will be supplied through the property´s water well, reducing the use of the public potable water network thus allowing the reduction of costs of its use. The grey water (bathroom sinks, showers, tubs, and washing machines) will be collected, conducted by an individual reusable water supply for irrigation and washing system.
RENEWABLE ENERGY MICROGENERATION
The houses are equipped with renewable energy generation systems for their own usage, through the installation of photovoltaic panels grid connected to an energy battery storage. And in parallel there are photovoltaic panels dedicated to power supply all the existing equipment in the common areas.
SECURITY
